Shipping & Handling

We’ll ship your items within 3-5 business days after your payment has cleared and order was printed and processed. 

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. This email will summarize your purchase. 

We ship by Canada Post for all packages. 

Our standard Economy Flat Rate Shipping outside of Canada option is un-tracked. Other tracked and expedite shipping options are priced according to Canada Post’s rate and are very competitive. You can see the expected shipping time and cost at the checkout after filling in your details.

Neither FlashBlock nor Canada Post is responsible for any missing or incorrect information entered on your order.

Sales & Refunds

All sales are final once your order was shipped.

Please let us know if you've made a mistake during the ordering process and we'll happily assist you. Please double check your order before you purchase. We will not issue refunds, credits or modifications of any kind after the sale. We reserve the right to price changes on the products.

We do offer exchanges for defective products. Please see the Warranty section for more details.



We pride ourselves in the quality products we offer and provide a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship on our house brand blocks.

Please remember that we are working with a natural product. Our blocks will always have natural grains and flaws - we believe that what makes our product so unique and special, we just make sure those will never appear on someone's face.

Please remember that pictures will always look more vibrant on the computer or your phone. The wood will "drink" a bit from the ink, hence the colors won't look as vivid or bright. For this reason, 2 blocks will never be the same due to the natural product we use. Same picture may look different on 2 different blocks.

If there’s a defect in the manufacturing process or material, we’ll gladly exchange you a brand new block provided you send us evidence of such defects. 

Breakages due to modifications, self-upgrades & other types of tempering are not included in the warranty. Regular wear and tears are not covered.

Other products are not covered in the warranty but exceptions can be made on a case by case basis (breakage during delivery, etc...)
